Chef Evan Presents… specializes in intimate dinners of 2-20 people, creating an intimate dining experience with a customized menu to suit your tastes. I will adapt what we do to integrate with your party, be it a wine-pairing dinner or a backyard BBQ. I offer a wide range of cuisines to suit all palates.
Chef Evan Presents… combines 25 years of knowledge, experience and creativity into a playful form of culinary activism, as captivating to the senses as it is nutritionally beneficial and environmentally sustainable. Arriving in Maui July 2020, Evan has established relationships with local farms, fish mongers and butchers featuring the freshest local ingredients.
