My BBQ passion
As a professional chef with a few decades of experience, I’ve decided to throw my toque into the meat smoking arena because good barbecue is so hard to find. Bringing my hobby to the public, I perfected my Pastrami technique and that lead to chicken, bacon etc.
My process is all about low and slow.
